It Was Not The Rain
Stopping by One-Heart Café for a coffee I couldn’t help but notice the lady at a.o.c. gallery taking advantage of the rainy weather to remove the “Tacoma Guy Chalk Drawing”. RIP Anyone know who that character is supposed to be? Bill Baarsma in his younger days?
