Best Places in Tacoma with Wifi

You really don’t realize how nice wifi is until you don’t have it now. Laptops have reached a point in size that I usually have mine on me all the time. Since offering wireless internet for customers is reaching a standard I don’t really get many crazy looks anymore when I take out my laptop at bars and start dorking around on the net. Sure coffee shops are the usual places which offer this amazing free service, but what other places have you found have free wifi?

Sometimes you just don’t feel like a mocha but instead want to work over a beer. This is where The Hub or Meconis have been there to fulfill this need. Both places offer power as well if you hunt enough to find it :)

So heres my list of favorite Places in Tacoma with free Wifi

  • The Hub
  • Meconis
  • The Harmon
  • Satellite Coffee
  • Blackwater
  • One Heart Cafe
  • Wright Park
  • The Tempest

What are some of your favorite places with Wifi?

The Swiss and The Parkway tavern both have wifi. The Swiss has had wifi for a couple of years or more.

I am not sure about the Parkway, but I do know that the Swiss uses our own hometown Click! for their free wifi.

too bad they have wifi in Wright Park since it looks like it is a great hazard to children due to their skulls not being formed compeletly to keep out the radiation. Brain tumors appear to be up from cell phones and wifi’s but only in children.
In Frankfurt last year, school systems decided not to install wifi till more research is done.
