Tacoma Riots, Downtown Laughs

Figured I would beat Komo4 and King5 to the punch. The only one shutting down downtown was the flagger working on the building next to Subway.

That guy that has the leg warmers and clocks on his bike

If you have been to any of the events downtown this year you have definitely seen this guy. Hot pink leg warmers, a bike decked out with clocks, police scanner, TVs, and license plates. But who is he? He very iconic and actually really nice to talk to… Today I am one step closer to cracking the code.
