Urbanaut - Art Rave - Photos

Urbanaut was a success. Even though it was originally planned for the graffiti garages being moved down the street to Sanford and Sons seemed to work out for the best. Nude painting, music, artists, people, and alcohol always make for the perfect cocktail of fun.
As usual the regulars were there, James, Jeff, Jim, Houston, Peter, Daniel, Lisa, Niki, Josheph, etc. About halfway through the event Daniel read a speech about all of his memories of Tacoma. (Erikh from Exit133b should have that video online in a week or so) If you bounced over to the Helm then you probably had a chance to try the special tea provided by Mad Hat Tea Company while checking out these amazing embroidered jackets with briefcases designed by Shannon Eakins, Daniel Blue, and Maria Jost.
Anyways it was great time and I’m glad this event occurred and that the Tacoma police that were keeping an eye on the event from a few blocks away were respectful to the nightlife of Tacoma.
