The Embellish Graffiti Wall Almost Done
Looks like a little bit more needs to get filled then this amazing mural will be complete. If you don’t know where this is it is on the same block as the downtown ymca on the embellish building.

Now they have an incentive to keep that ugly space to the north as a parking lot. Seriously, though, would the whole neighborhood be up in arms if I decided I wanted to finally build something on that parking lot. Like an office building or condos. Might be good for marketing: “first floor unit looks out at cool mural.”

I know I wouldn’t be, I just think it is great that embellish worked with these artists to allow them for a second year in a row to create art on the walls. I wonder if embellish paid these artists. Anyone know? Not sure if the first floor mural would be that much of a selling point I look right into another apartment complex right now with limited sunlight and I know I wouldn’t purchase it if I had the option
